FAQ

When should we involve Rebind Studios?

As early as possible, but “earlier” is not a requirement for asking for help. Early involvement generally creates more options, while later reviews can help identify priorities, reduce barriers, and improve future planning.

Do you only work with large studios?

No. Engagements can be adapted for independent developers, individual teams, established studios, publishers, platforms, and other organizations. We even offer limited discounts for small studios.

Can you certify that our game is accessible?

Accessibility is not a single pass-or-fail condition, and no evaluation can guarantee an experience will work for every player. Rebind Studios can identify barriers, assess features, document findings, and help your team make informed improvements.

Can you help us meet legal requirements?

Rebind Studios can help teams understand accessibility-related requirements, establish processes, document risks, and collaborate with legal or compliance partners. We do not provide legal advice.

Do you conduct player research?

Rebind Studios can help plan inclusive research, review research materials, advise on recruitment and accommodations, and help teams interpret findings. The exact scope will depend on the project and whether additional research partners are needed.

Are hourly consultations available?

Yes. Hourly advising can be a good fit for focused questions, design discussions, document reviews, planning meetings, or follow-up support. Larger efforts are generally scoped as project engagements.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Rebind Studios can provide recurring advisory support throughout development or during the creation of an organizational accessibility program.

Do you work outside games?

Games are our primary specialty. We also offer selected accessibility support for gaming platforms, websites, applications, digital documents, conferences, and events.
